KVA Future Stars Academy Policy (Student contract)

  • I will attend all practices as required and always inform the coach/manager of any absence.
  • I will wear the correct uniform.
  • I will pay appropriate fees as required by the Academy.
  • I will assist with team duties and responsibilities when required.
